Delhi: As the first parliamentary session of this year is about to begin tomorrow (Jan. 31), the central government has called for an all-party meeting to conduct this session with full cooperation. Minister Pragalad Joshi has invited all parties to participate in this meeting to be held at the Parliament Building today.
