Government of Tamil Nadu Promulgation of Ordinance The Tamil Nadu Government has issued an ordinance regarding the implementation of the Tamil Putulvan scheme. Tamil Putalavan is a scheme that provides a monthly scholarship of Rs.1000 to students who study in government schools and join colleges. It is already implementing the innovation girl program which provides Rs.1000 to college going girls.
