Foxconn has decided to manufacture iPhones and iPads in Tamil Nadu. Foxconn is operating in Chungwarchatra near Sriperumbudur, Chennai. iPhones owned by Apple are manufactured here. Thousands of employees are working here. The company has also decided to manufacture iPads in future at the Foxconn factory in Sriperumbudur.
