Palani Thaipusam

Palani: The Thaipusa festival has started with flag hoisting in Palani, the third house of Arupada houses. Devotees from all over Tamil Nadu have come on a padayatra for the Thaipusad festival. Thirukalyanam is scheduled to be held on February 3rd and Thaipusa Therotam on February 4th as major events. Minister Shekhar Babu has said that arrangements have been made to make the devotees who come to have darshan of Lord Murugan happy on Thaipusa day.
