National flag flying at Chidambaram Nataraja temple tower

Chidambaram: On the occasion of the country’s 74th Republic Day celebrations, a special prayer was offered at the Chidambaram Nataraja Temple by placing the national flag on a silver thambalam and offering it at the feet of Sri Sivagama Sundari Sametha Sri Nataraja Peruman. The National Flag is hoisted at the top of the 152 feet high East Tower.
