2023.. ‘Good things will happen’.. Devotees thronged the temples early in the morning.

Chennai: Special midnight prayers were held in churches on the occasion of English New Year. Likewise, devotees thronged the main temples to have darshan of Sami early in the morning. At Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple, devotees have been standing in long queues since 4 am to have darshan of Sami.
